I am Cecilia Frederick, and have been selling Avon since January of 2004. I have been a President's Club member every year since I started with Avon, and have won recruiting awards, and the Spirit of Avon Award. I would love to have you on my team. I live in MD with my teenage son. In my spare time, I enjoy movies, reading, various crafts including soap making and beaded jewelry. My Avon business is a passion and my ultimate goal is Senior Executive Unit Leader. The following ladies are on my Avon team and have started Avon teams of their own.
